Why this exists

Half of all outage questions begin with “does the name resolve?”. Check MX records before a mail cutover, TXT records for SPF and domain verification, and watch an A record propagate during a migration.

🌐 This one makes a network request — the domain you type goes to Cloudflare's public resolver, not to this site

Queries go from your browser straight to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) over DNS-over-HTTPS. They do not pass through this site — it runs no resolver and keeps no record of what anyone looks up. The resolver, of course, sees the query, exactly as it would for any DNS lookup you make.
